Privacy Policy

With the user’s consent, mPROS™ will share personal identifying information (PII), collected during the course of using this app, with their clinician(s) through their Electronic Health Records (EHR) system or via nxtHealth ANALYLTX. BlueHalo is responsible for safeguarding protected health information (PHI) data in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) Privacy Standards. If you do not consent to your PII being shared by BlueHalo with your clinicians, do not use mPROS.

Symptom reports contain PHI that will be shared with the users’ clinicians. Alerts will be sent to clinicians when the severity of symptoms is concerning. However, it is important that patients report any symptoms directly to their clinicians. If users are experiencing concerning symptoms, they need to report them immediately to their clinicians. By using mPROS, users acknowledge that they understand the aforementioned conditions and agree to its terms.
